Meet Jen.
Hi, I'm Jen! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC) with over 10 years of experience.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, substance use, and life transitions.
I believe therapy can be meaningful without always feeling so serious. There's room for honesty, humor, and real conversations, even when we're working through difficult things. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and comfortable showing up exactly as you are, without needing to have everything figured out.
Together, we'll explore patterns, build coping skills, and find strategies that work for you.
